The Lady Spartans fell to a very strong Vincennes Lady Alices team, 38–18, on Saturday. Vincennes came out firing early, knocking down contested jumpers and connecting on two three-pointers to build momentum. The Lady Spartans had difficulty finding the bottom of the net but never lacked effort. Regardless of the score, the Spartans continued to battle, showing grit and determination throughout the game. Despite their fight, they were unable to close the gap as the Lady Alices continued to hit timely shots. The Lady Spartans return to action Monday when they take on Sullivan.
